Standard Shipping 

Please allow up to 48 hours for DajiaVu to process your order. After your payment is cleared you will receive your order within 2-4 business days. You will receive tracking number within 3 days of processing.

International Shipping 

Unfortunately right now DajiaVu do not cater to international shipping. USPS has temporarily suspended international mailing for certain locations. WE do offer DHL & USPS to the ones not able to purchase due to being covid suspension. We sincerely apologize for this sudden inconvenience.

PreOrders

Purchasing a pre-order means you purchasing made to order item that is currently undergoing construction and production. Some pre-orders materials are included, and other materials are not check product details and descriptions for more. Or feel free to send us an email if extra help, question and concerns. Pre order items typically can take up to 3-8 weeks depending on tailored, reconstructed, pre-orders, or made to orders. DajiaVu gladly offers exchanges or store credit on unworn products, with everything attached, no sigh of worn, tear, or odor. If we detach an item is worn we will not confirm refund request and packages will be returned back to you. Products should be shipped backed to us within 7 days of item purchased for refund request to be confirmed. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS or issue out return labels. Tapestry Orders

All Tapestry orders must be paid in full before undergoing production. A confirmation email/via text will be sent out to confirm your mock up. Once your mock up is confirmed your blanket will be ordered. It takes about 7 days to be shipped to me and once I recieve your blanket production starts. Prouduction takes 1-3 business days depending on the status of your order
